‘F2 Finding Football’ Nominated for 2018 Streamy

FindingFootballThe YouTube Original series “F2 Finding Football, “produced by digital entertainment media brand Whistle Sports and starring The F2Freestylers who have more than 1.3 billion lifetime views on YouTube, has been nominated for two Streamy Awards – Show of the Year and Sports Series. The Streamy Awards honors the best in online video, and the individuals and organizations nominated make up some of the most innovative and well-watched programming in the world.

“F2 Finding Football” follows soccer skill pioneers Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lynch (The F2), who bring together famed football talent and celebrity guests while exploring the beautiful game and unique pitches to showcase the different forms of soccer and culture around the world. From kicking a ball through narrow alleyways of Rio de Janeiro’s favelas to The F2 mashing up trick-shots and tango in Buenos Aires to eating shrimp alive in Thailand, “F2 Finding Football” is a fusion of culture, music, community and sport. Episodes one and two have received a combined 6.79MM views.

Streamy Awards nominees and winners are determined by the Streamys Blue Ribbon Panel, a judging body of creators, executives, and other experts in the online video industry.
