America’s Boating Channel™ is now releasing still photos taken during production of “NAVIGATING INLETS,” its eighth Season Six boating safety and boater education video.
Every Friday morning at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, a new behind-the-scenes album for a Season Six video will debut on America’s Boating Channel’s Facebook page.
This week, the “NAVIGATING INLETS” video will be highlighted concurrently on AmericasBoatingChannel.com, America’s Boating Channel on YouTube, and across online social media.
“NAVIGATING INLETS” covers when, where, and how to safely cross challenging waterway entrances. Viewers will learn different techniques for departing from and returning to inlets. Also featured are ways to identify and mitigate dangers.
The video features members of the Great South Bay, Jones Beach, and Patchogue Bay Power Squadrons coordinated by squadron field producer Loretta Yeamans.
The “NAVIGATING INLETS” video is intended not only for general viewing but also for boaters to watch before screening one of America’s Boating Channel’s new inlet drone videos, which will show exactly what to expect and what to look out for during their first sorties through specific inlets.
The new INLET DRONE VIDEOS service offering will premiere before a live audience at 10:00 AM Eastern Time this Saturday morning November 5 at the Maritime Conference Center in Linthicum, MD during the USPS District 5 Fall Educational Conference. Videos covering Cape Fear, NC; Haulover, FL; and Columbia River Bar, OR/WA will be introduced by award-winning drone videographer Steve Troletti.
