2023 U.S. Open Championship on SiriusXM

SiriusXM, the exclusive national audio broadcaster of the U.S. Open, announced today its programming coverage for the 123rd U.S. Open Championship, which will be played this Thursday, June 15th through Sunday, June 18th at The Los Angeles Country Club.

SiriusXM will produce live shot-by-shot coverage from the course across all four rounds of play. On Thursday and Friday, SiriusXM’s coverage will extend from the day’s first tee time through the end of play. On the weekend, SiriusXM’s on-course coverage will begin at 1:00 pm ET/10:00 am PT on Saturday and Sunday and run through the completion of play both days. If a playoff occurs, SiriusXM will provide live coverage of every shot played.

U.S. Open Week on SiriusXM programming is available to subscribers nationwide in their cars (channel 92) and on the SXM App.

SiriusXM’s U.S. Open Championship broadcast team will feature lead host Taylor Zarzour alongside lead analyst Colt Knost. Brian Katrek, Carl Paulson, Dennis Paulson and John Maginnes will be on-course reporters. The SiriusXM team will also include Chantel McCabe, Jason Sobel, Drew Stoltz and Andres Gonzalez who will host coverage of the early groups on the course, provide analysis and leaderboard updates, and conduct interviews with players before and after their rounds.

Immediately following each round, listeners will hear a three-hour wrap-up of the day’s play, hosted by Gary Williams.

In the days leading up to its U.S. Open coverage, and every week throughout the year, SiriusXM’s weekday golf programming lineup features live shows starting at 7:00 am ET that cover the latest news and discussion from around the game of golf, expert instruction and more.

U.S. Open Week on SiriusXM will feature exclusive shows hosted by some of the game’s great players. These include:

The Fred Couples Show – Tuesday at 2:00 pm ET/11:00 am PT – hosted by World Golf Hall of Fame member Fred Couples, who competed in 23 U.S. Open Championships.

The Rocco Hour – Tuesday at 6:00 pm ET/3:00 pm PT – hosted by Rocco Mediate, who gave fans one of the most thrilling U.S. Open performances in history, his runner-up finish at the 2008 U.S. Open, when he competed head-to-head against Tiger Woods over 19 playoff holes.

ANNIKA – Tuesday at 7:00 pm ET/4:00 pm PT – hosted by Annika Sorenstam, one of the game’s legendary players.

The Smylie Show – Tonight at 8:00 pm ET/5:00 pm PT – hosted by former tour pro Smylie Kaufman.

Additionally, three-time U.S. Open Champion Hale Irwin and major championship winners Juli Inkster, Scott Simpson, Craig Stadler and Dave Stockton will make appearances throughout the week on various SiriusXM shows.
