Ready® Nutrition (@ready_nutrition), one of the fastest growing sports nutrition companies in America, today announced a major expansion of its new, best in class sports drink across the college athletics landscape.
Ready® has been named the Official Sports Drink of 8 Division I conferences encompassing 90 schools. With these partnerships, the schools’ student-athletes will be the first to benefit from Ready®’s cutting-edge sports drink that recently launched; featuring energy generating carbohydrates from real food sources and an electrolyte profile to optimize hydration during competition.
“Today’s athletes are demanding cleaner functional sports nutrition products that work to provide energy, hydration and help their bodies defend against the stresses of training and competition.” said Ready® Chief Science Officer, Dr. Kim Beals, PhD, RD, CSSD. “Our Sports Drink uses a superfruit carb source for energy, a triple electrolyte blend for optimal hydration and plant nutrients to help with exercise recovery.”
Ready® will be the exclusive hydration provider at each conference championship for all sports and will also enjoy a platform to share their “Effort, Attitude and Energy” story with the athletes. In addition, Ready®’s Mobile Training Table™ and Ready Talks™ programming will be available for conference members’ athletic programs.
“We’re committed to helping student-athletes achieve their performance goals and our scientifically formulated Sports Drink will support those efforts at such an important time in their careers.” said Ready® Founder and CEO, Pat Cavanaugh, himself a former Division I athlete. “Our sports drink is built different and we look forward to all these student-athletes benefiting from that difference.”
