Monumental Sports Network Announces Partnership with Ballislife

BallisLifeMonumental Sports Network has announced a partnership with Ballislife to distribute nine marquee local high school basketball matchups live on its popular social platforms beginning Thursday as Paul VI hosts Gonzaga in boys’ hoops action.

Monumental Sports Network and Ballislife will partner to showcase several nationally-ranked teams including Paul VI, DeMatha, Montverde Academy, IMG Academy, Gonzaga, La Lumiere, and Wasatch Academy and will highlight numerous five-star recruits who are committed to top schools such as Duke, North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee, UNLV, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Arkansas and Ole Miss.

In addition to the “Ballislife Game of the Week” airing on the Ballislife YouTube channel, which has 2.35 million subscribers and over 785 million lifetime views, Monumental Sports Network will incorporate Ballislife elements into the broadcasts, including Fab50 National Team Rankings.

Widely known for their highlight footage and mixtapes featuring the top basketball players and teams in the country, Ballislife will also produce similar content around the players and teams showcased in the Monumental Sports Network games it is distributing and will promote on its various social media platforms, including Instagram where Ballislife boasts more than 4.7 million followers.

“We are thrilled to partner with Ballislife to deliver a subset of our games on an authentic and fast-growing grassroots basketball platform.  We have an exciting schedule of high school basketball games on Monumental Sports Network this season and this is a great opportunity to deliver some of those live games to a large base of our target audience,” Grant Hastings, Vice President of Monumental Sports Network, said.

The Ballislife schedule begins Thursday, Jan. 9 for a Gonzaga at Paul VI showdown at 7:30 p.m.

In December, Monumental Sports Network announced it will be stream more than 100 high school basketball games this season and will serve as the exclusive viewing platform for eight premier local high school basketball tournaments including the Wizards HS Showcase, IAC vs. MAC Challenge, Uptown Hoopfest, St. James Invitational, Bob Kirk Invitational, and Alhambra Invitational, presented by WGL Energy.
