“I’ve never let myself settle for average. When I hit the lowest point in my life with baseball, my eyes were opened to the highest peaks in disc golf. Inking this new contract with Discraft feels like reaching one of my many peaks I saw back in 2004,” said Paul McBeth.
“After one year of the original four-year, one million dollar contract we realized that we had already outgrown the deal. This new deal opens the door for us to take the McBeth brand to the next level and ensures our long-term partnership,” said Discraft Team Manager Bob Julio.
“At Discraft, we want to be known as a game-changer, the company that steps out of the norm to try something new to benefit the sport and the player. We want to be the front runners of this new era in disc golf – and who else to do that with but the greatest active player – some would say EVER – out there?” added Discraft COO, Mike Wagner.
Discraft has been one of the main manufacturers of Disc sports since 1979. With a strong presence in Ultimate, Freestyle, and Disc golf Discraft has become known as “The World Leader in Disc Sports”.
