Tums Turns To Trivia On Twitter For Super Bowl

Those of us whose teams’ recent playoff performances have made us reach for an antacid or five (I’m talking to you, fellow Packers fans…) may appreciate a bit of fun from TUMS around this year’s Super Bowl. It’s the TUMSworthy Big Game Trivia (TUMS not being an official sponsor, and all…). With shares of an $88,000 total prize pool up for grabs, it will be knowledge of football, and a little about indigestion, that will be paramount.

Heading into the Feb. 13 contest, fans can enter for a chance to win the Twitter-based contest, hosted by comedian Scott Rogowsky, also well-known as the host of HQ Trivia and anchor of DAZN’s MLB whip-around show. TUMS will live tweet links from its @TUMSOfficial Twitter handle, taking contestants to a video with multiple choice questions about football and food.

Difficulty of the increasingly-difficult questions will be measured in TUMS tablets, in much the same way last-minute coaching decisions to kick field goals down by 8 with the greatest QB on the planet behind center lead to increased numbers of said pills.

For a head start on the fun, fans can check out a special head-to-head trivia battle between all-time greats Terrell Davis and Hines Ward on February 10 livestreamed via @TUMSOfficial.
