USATF Engages RealResponse In Fight Against Abuse In Sport

USATF

USA Track and Field (USATF) today announced it has engaged RealResponse, (@RealResponseHQ), the award-winning leading safe and secure feedback, monitoring and anonymous reporting platform for athletic teams and organizations, as their platform to track, monitor and proactively address issues encountered by their athletes, coaches and staff. The system allows USATF members to anonymously report, in real-time, from their mobile phones and will officially launch in the next week.

USATF will use the platform as an additional resource in its Safe Sport portfolio. Included in the deal is the ability to receive and respond to real-time questions, feedback, concerns, and more, via text – a medium people already frequently use and trust. RealResponse’s platform creates yet another way for individuals to immediately report a complaint regarding Safe Sport violations, anti-doping reports, and whistle blower reports, in addition to our already existing methods of reporting (i.e., online form, phone, email).
USATF CEO Max Siegel said, “We prioritized an additional reporting system that is seamless, simple, and safe. This real-time reporting platform allows us to provide that service.” He went on to say, “Encouraging and implementing safe environments for all our members is our utmost priority, this platform helps us support those endeavors.”

“USATF is one of the nation’s premier athletic organizations and I applaud their efforts to help protect their athletes, coaches and staff through a variety of initiatives, including the implementation of the RealResponse platform,” said David Chadwick, Founder and CEO of RealResponse. “We believe strongly that providing a real-time, easy-to-use reporting tool is critical to USATF’s efforts to prevent potential misconduct and to quickly respond when it does occur. We are proud to partner with an organization such as USATF that shares our values and goals.”
