MSG Networks, Caesars Sportsbook Team With JB Smoove On Second Year Of Series

MSG Networks and Caesars Sportsbook today announced season two of “One Course with JB Smoove, Presented by Caesars Sportsbook,” a one-on-one interview series centered around actor, comedian and Caesars Sportsbook ambassador JB Smoove. As official partners, MSG Networks and Caesars Sportsbook jointly developed the branded series with a focus on Smoove, who currently embodies Caesar in Caesars Sportsbook’s advertising campaign.

The series, jointly developed by Caesars Sportsbook and MSG Networks, showcases Smoove talking over dinner with an extraordinary lineup of acclaimed personalities, including athletes, actors, and comedians. Smoove, best known for his role as Leon Black on ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm,’ engages in entertaining and unfiltered conversations with his guests on everything from sports, acting, comedy, and food, with each guest sharing unique insights and personal stories from their careers and life in New York City.

The 12-episode series features 5-7-minute conversations with each personality and will air following select Knicks and Rangers games on MSG Network throughout March. Tuesday evening’s episode featuring former two-time Knicks all-star Allan Houston will be telecast at 9pm prior to the Knicks-Trailblazers tip-off on MSG at 10pm. Smoove’s interview with Giants hero Justin Tuck will air after Thursday’s 7pm Rangers-Penguins tilt at 10pm.

“I just finished my diet from last year’s show!” said JB Smoove. “But man, I can’t wait to chop it up with these amazing people, some of whom I’ve known forever, and others that I can’t wait to meet.  Season two of ‘One Course with JB Smoove’ is going to be epic, so you better tune-in on MSG Network.”

Season two includes appearances by Hank Azaria, Bobby Flay, Ilfenesh Hadera, Allan Houston, Susan Kelechi Watson, Leon, Grandmaster Melle Mel, C.J. Mosley, Sherri Shepherd, Joseph Sikora, Jon Stewart and Justin Tuck.

The Caesars Sportsbook brand will be integrated throughout the series via the show’s popular open with JB Smoove making a Caesar salad and custom set dressing featuring the iconic gold Caesars glasses and goblets. Each episode of the show will also be available on MSG GO, MSG Network’s live streaming and video on demand platform, with additional content available on the Network’s website, YouTube and social media channels.

Smoove previously hosted “Four Courses with JB Smoove,” which featured similar dinner conversations with various athletes and celebrities. The show debuted back in 2013 and aired for four seasons on MSG Networks.
