Adaptive Sports Podcast Launches on Heroes Media Group

ChallengeHeroes Media Group, LLC., (HMG) announced today that “Challenge Extended,” a new podcast by Disabled Sports USA (DSUSA) will debut in February 2020, on the Heroes Media Group Network. DSUSA sees this podcast as an extension of their “Challenge” magazine, a leading source for adaptive sports information.

DSUSA is the nation’s largest multi-sport, multi-disability organization, and a member of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

They serve more than 70,000 wounded warriors, youth, and adults with disabilities in more than 50 summer and winter sports through its nationwide network. There are more than 140 community-based chapters in more than 40 states. They live by the motto: “If I can do this, I can do anything!”

HMG and DSUSA are excited about the partnership. “This is a great new show for our listeners,” said Adam Bird, former Army Sergeant and founder of HMG. “‘Challenge Extended’,” is a powerful and educational program that will give you an inside view on the world of adaptive sports.

Communications Manager Shuan Butcher, DSUSA says, “Challenge Extended will be a great resource for listeners interested and involved in the adaptive sports field. We are looking forward to sharing the personal stories of our nation’s top adaptive athletes, training tips from the best coaches and program leaders, and news on latest technology, equipment, and trends in the industry through this platform.”
