TeamWorks Media Announces Content Partnership With World Golf Hall of Fame

World Golf Hall of FameTeamWorks Media today announced their first-ever content venture into the sport of golf, partnering with the World Golf Hall of Fame to produce a multi-platform storytelling initiative called Moments That Matter. The series features more than 15 World Golf Hall of Famers with candid interviews and inspirational stories highlighting specific moments that elevated not just their game, but their lives.

“At a time when inspiration and stories of leadership are needed more than ever, we are proud to offer original content that will engage and connect golf fans in a unique way with the World Golf Hall of Fame,” said TeamWorks Media co-founder Jay Sharman. “The lessons fans and those new to the sport will be able to access on any device will be invaluable, especially as we grow this partnership in the months to come.”

“Golf’s stories are vast and the access and assets we have at the World Golf Hall of Fame to our fans and members is unique to the sport,” said World Golf Hall of Fame Vice President of Business Affairs, Brodie Waters. “With TeamWorks Media we have found a great partner to help expand our storytelling well beyond our physical location and connect and engage golf fans on a global level.”

The World Golf Hall of Fame players participating for the Moments That Matter debut series include Nick Faldo, Mark O’Meara, Davis Love III and Lorena Ochoa talking about the life lessons of the sport including the impact of a wide variety of their heroes, including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. Each short-form video feature will be distributed across multiple platforms and social media channels. The 10-episode weekly video series will run June 10 – August 12. All the episodes will be found on World Golf Hall of Fame social media channels.

Additionally, the World Golf Hall of Fame will host video interview chats with players featured in the series. These long-form (15-30 minute) interviews will expand upon the Moments That Matter theme and will also allow the Hall of Fame players to discuss the current status of the game.

The World Golf Hall of Fame is the latest in a series of content partnerships and media properties TeamWorks Media has created. TeamWorks Media has also developed original media properties for the The Big Ten Network, the Big Ten Conference and the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
