America’s Boating Channel Launches Season Five

America’s Boating Channel™ will launch its fifth season of boating safety and boater education videos in a special ceremony at the United States Power Squadrons (USPS) 2021 National Governing Board (NGB) Meeting on Friday afternoon September 3 in Raleigh, NC.

“KNOWLEDGE VERSUS SKILLS,” the inaugural Season Five title, will debut publicly at 4 PM EDT in Grand Ballroom 2 at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills Hotel. Tybee Light Squadron Commander Andy Anderson will introduce the video.

Remote viewers can also tune-in for the live premiere, which will be simulcast on AmericasBoatingChannel.com and America’s Boating Channel on YouTube.

America’s Boating Channel NGB session attendees will also screen sneak previews of upcoming Season Five videos “CARBON MONOXIDE DANGERS” introduced by Field Producer Sue Kuemmel of the Chattanooga Squadron, and “INFLATABLE LIFE JACKETS,” introduced by Field Producer Rose Stano of the Grosse Pointe Squadron.

A new Season Five video will launch every Friday afternoon throughout the fall boating season. Additional titles include “WEAR AN ECOS,” “COLLISION AVOIDANCE,” “BUI FATALITIES,” “NEW LABEL BENEFITS,” “FIRE EXTINGUISHER STANDARDS,” “BASIC MARINE COMMUNICATIONS,” and “COLD WEATHER BOATING.”
